What about the realtor wanting to use the seller to have access to product to sell? Is that not possible?

As I understand it - it's a sellers' market. Many homes are going very fast. Many are getting multiple bids as soon as they're listed. Many buyers are putting in offer after offer only to have them rejected for someone else's offer. So isn't it just as likely that the realtor wanted fresh product to sell as it is that the seller wanted access to buyers?

I'd just be careful making assumptions and writing the entire story out with the limited info we have.
