Is it 2% to him and then if his buyers don’t buy it and he lists it you have to
Pay the buyers agents fee?
I’m no fan of realtors but they do have a job and I think we all wanna get paid for our job so why shouldn’t they? A realtor doesn’t want to show a FSBO cause they won’t get paid is my understanding. You have to realize they could have showed 50-100 homes for a client to say thanks but I’m buying a FSBO and they won’t pay your fee so sorry you waisted X amount of hours and gas etc but we r gonna buy without you.
People think only about their situation and forget what the realtor may have been doing for a client for sometimes as long as a year.
Disclaimer I did have my realtors license for 4 years but it never was my primary income.
