Then what happens is they sell their home, which is the ultimate goal so good on you for getting it done yourself, for less than their neighbors do 6 weeks later. Difference is one hit the MLS and got bid up. Or their neighbors didn't sell for any more than the OP and the OP feels really smart. I've seen both happen, many times. I'm ok with either situation happening. The goal is to move property FSBO or listed. Congrats to the seller, in both situations. Just don't get the hate of all Realtors.
