Reading it again just proves I was right.
She told him she wanted to walk through the home because she had clients she wanted to show it to.
You believe he lied to her or deceived her somehow. You know what? It's just as possible that she was lying about having clients she wanted to show his house to and was making up that story in order to make an appointment to meet with him and attempt to sign him as a client.
I'll go back to my initial assertion - there's no reason to make assumptions and write a story full of details when you don't have all of the details.
