suppose. Not technically a FSBO as it will be listed by a Realtor but tomato/to-mah-to I guess. Also, it appears it wasn't a Realtor problem it was pricing problem the OP had. Understandable. I have no opinion either way other than I don't love the discount listing business model for other reasons than the pricing. Honestly, if the Op sells his house and makes a million dollars I would be really happy. If he really went FSBO and made 2 million I would be just as happy for him.
