The counterpoint to that is that as people get wealthier they can afford to pay for consultants. If I were moving to a
new state I would find and LDS broker. They know so much more than I do.
I think one problem with the entire agent industry is that there are too many inexperienced agents. They add no value. But a solid agent will save you so much more time/energy than you pay them for..
