I totally understand, but we're talking about BYU and institution that represent

a lot more than some job.

We are also talking about the difference of making $3M /year vs $4-6M /year. Not the same as going from making $150K /year to making $300K /year.

What more does he need than what he already has. Again, not saying we should not pay competitively.
