guys a huge raise by going to a place like UW, I think he places family above his job at BYU. He'll take care of his family. The question is, will BYU match? If BYU matches, or even comes close to matching, I think we could keep him.

With Franklin staying put, Fickell reportedly staying put, and other top coaches getting extensions at their current schools the pickins are getting pretty slim. Kalani makes a ton of sense for UW, with his Pac12 success, recruiting ties in the region, all of it. I think he's more attractive than DeBoer.
