No. You're point is that signing an extension means you got everything you
wanted. That's false in MOST contract negotiations, in fact. The fact that he signed a new contract soon after that one proves my point.
And, no, I don't believe his second extension was with the knowledge of the Big12.
Add that to the fact that what is being said he wants isn't necessarily part of HIS contract but the number of staff he has, the pay for his staff, etc. So saying he is fine with what HE got in HIS contract means none of the OP is true, just isn't seeing what the OP is saying.
