Was told the exact same thing at the Georgia Southern game. He wants greater control over program decisions. Presumably to hire more coaches, recruiters, etc. The AD office is fully aware of his requests and doing everything in their power to make a convincing case. The fact that this conversation was almost 3 weeks ago and he still went to interview at Oregon indicates to me they've not gotten buy-in at the highest levels yet.
