Utah has (non-medical) programs that outrank BYU in:
- Chemistry
- Mathematics
- Earth Sciences
- Computer Science
- Social Work
- Engineering
- Physics
- Biology
- English
- Sociology
- History
- Econ
- Political Science
BYU has stronger programs in:
- Law
- Business
- Education
- Public Affairs
Because I'm pretty sure you're not arguing that BYU doesn't do graduate engineering, math, CompSci, physics, biology, chemistry, econ ... (which would be pretty much all STEM)
