Mathematics
Earth Sciences
Computer Science
Social Work
Engineering
Physics
Biology
English
Sociology
History
Econ
Political Science

BYU has stronger programs in:

Law
Business
Education
Public Affairs

Because I'm pretty sure you're not arguing that BYU doesn't do graduate engineering, math, CompSci, physics, biology, chemistry, econ ... (which would be pretty much all STEM)
