Supply is the problem.
Unless demand shifts significantly I don't expect a crash.
An economist I listened to last week said building permits are increasing, so some relief may be on the way, but that is likely months away.
Rising rates will dampen price increases, and you never know, but I'm not expecting it.

I think people are sitting on a lot of equity in their homes. They may have mortgaged to the max when they bought but
