If wage inflation doesn't follow price inflation, and the fed significantly

raises interest rates, then I agree that will cause affordability problems. If wage inflation doesn't adjust somewhat to follow price inflation, though, I will be surprised if the fed will have the appetite to stick long-term to a path of higher rates.
