I think we are seeing a lot of short term factors driving inflation.

Once the cost of those things is worked in I see 3% annual inflation. Prices aren’t going to come down but I don’t see inflation continuing at 7-8% ever year. I think it gradually comes down. By this time next year probably around 5% and then eventually settling down in 2-3% range
