Agreed doubt we will see big nominal drops. I do think there are going to be a
lot better investments against inflation/stagflation that is going to happen but I don't know what those are. If anyone does let me know? Investing or owning a farm would probably be a decent option.

I think we will look back and say real estate performed very well during stagflation but the dates will be adjusted to start in 2019. I think real estate may have seen most of its gains the past 2 years and will definitely slow down.
