Not a fan of realtors, but in the past month...
Zillow raised their guidance on the housing market from 11% to 16.4% annual growth in 2022 back in January. Then, they doubled down and raised guidance from 16.4 to 22% just a couple weeks ago. Now, obviously they are just guessing. But the fact that they revised upwards twice in a month tells me the underlying data is compelling.

16.4 - 22% https://fortune.com/2022/02/17/spring-2022-housing-market-will-crush-buyers-zillow-home-prices-spike-22-percent/

Today, Fannie Mae raised their guidance from a 7.9 increase to 11.2%.
