Lol. It is an operable part of the agreement. Not sure why it is somehow wrong
to utilize and agreed upon provision, which was every bit a part of the bargain as any other provision.

It's not "plain wrong". Contracts have buyouts. If you pay the buyout, you fulfill the contract. That's not plain wrong
