Dude, it's no different than any other contract. Sure they contain liquidated
damages clauses. That doesn't mean that it can't ever be wrong to terminate them and put people in a bind. That's one way to get a bad reputation and people never want to deal with you again, even if they recover something from a damages clause included in the contract. Sorry that is lost on you.
