Report the Dog adn incident to the Police
They will come and take your info and put the dog down. You don't want to be the cause of a dog like that killing a small child. Get it done.
Last year in our neighborhood a dog took part of the face off of a five year old. Had to have reconstructive surgery, three operations. She was lucky to be alive.
