I dropped a little, but then plateaued pretty quickly.
What has worked better for me is to eat protein with fats, or protein with carbs but not the same meal and more fruits/vegetables and less sugary stuff. I exercise every day too.

I didn't love the intermittent fasting, but did it for over a year.
