Anyone had success dropping some weight through intermittent fasting? Wondering what peoples experience has been.

I fast every day from about 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

My plan isn't time, but amount. Weekdays = 1 meal a day. Sometimes dinner, sometimes lunch. Weekends = 2 meals a day.

Similar idea. Keep your metabolism on its toes. I like it, might mix that in.
