I wasn't looking to lose weight and I didn't. I'm already thin.
Then I started lifting weights in January and suddenly gained 15 pounds by the beginning of July.
Then my 8 year-old grandson had a birthday party at a location with bounce house type stuff..... there was a one-on-one racing area with a climbing wall... I was in the best shape I'd been in for a couple of decades.... yadda, yadda, yadda, yadda. I injured a couple of my joints that day and stopped lifting weights while my aging body recovers. Tendons suck. More than 2 months later, I've lost the 15 pounds that I gained.
So have I lost weight during my IF years? Sort of. I lost the weight I gained so that I'm back to a net 0.
