Not really. But my breakfast was already small.
But I realized I'm not actually hungry in the morning anyways so I'd rather sleep and little longer and not worry about eating.

Anyone had success dropping some weight through intermittent fasting? Wondering what peoples experience has been.

I hope you end it with a break-fast.

I can eat between 12 and 8. Went from the 230s to 190s after starting.

I've tried this diet that I'm not sure I want to continue forever

Dang! So 2 protein shakes a day, 1 meal and a snack later in the day?

Three meals a day was an invention of European aristocrats with plenty to eat. I think most people did two forever.

I've been doing it for 2 or 3 years. I lose track.

Purely anecdotal, but a guy I work with swore by it. He lost some decent weight

Usually people just eventually adjust their eating habits such that they make up for the skipped meal by eating

I found it helps to mix it up. Like don’t fast everyday, or fast for different

My plan isn't time, but amount. Weekdays = 1 meal a day. Sometimes dinner, sometimes lunch. Weekends = 2 meals a day.

Similar idea. Keep your metabolism on its toes. I like it, might mix that in.

Lost 30 pounds over about 4 months, BMI at 22 now.

You will only lose weight when Calories consumed < Calories burned. If fasting
