I've tried this diet that I'm not sure I want to continue forever
But I'm getting the impression it's basically intermittent fasting but with protein shakes as meal substitutes and supplements.
Some friend of mine does Plexus and talked me into trying for a month. I will admit I'm not that hungry anymore, only eat
once a day and a fruit or nut snack later in the day, but two protein shakes a day. I've probably dropped 15-20 in 3 weeks.
