Purely anecdotal, but a guy I work with swore by it. He lost some decent weight
in about 6 months. Then put it all back on plus some extra.
Said he was still doing the intermittent thing and couldn't figure out why he put the weight back on.
Dunno know if he plateaued and didn't adjust correctly or if he was lying and just went back to old habits.
