TCU doesn't do that every year FYI.

At least with 4 stars. They need to work up to a TCU level yes, but not that one specific class. They need to learn how to find the right talent to fit their program, like TCU and Wisconsin, and it comes out anywhere from 2-4 4 stars and consistently high with 3 stars.

TCU now gets that class because of the winning they've done with signing like one or two 4 stars and tons of athletic ability in 3 star guys. Baylor too.
