The staff is in a hard spot right now with recruiting.

Recruits aren't stupid. Especially high profile kids getting attention from major programs all over the country. On field performance, winning records, and player development matter.

Right now it's kind of a leap of faith to commit to Sitake before he's even coached his first game as HC. Most of us have no idea what the offense or defense will look like this season. If I were a recruit I would be waiting to see some production on the field.

A lot will happen between now and signing day.
