I'm not advocating a loser mentality. I'm advocating a position that will allow us to grow the program into something bigger. If you're a smaller school, you have to have a realistic strategy to build up your program strength. Just saying "we have to commit 50% of the LDS 4 star recruits to compete" is setting yourself up for failure.
