Here are your answers. It took me about 30 seconds
1. An LDS male.
2. There are just over 100 D1 head coaching job. Small supply, very large demand. Those offers do not come around that much.
3. Beat the teams you are supposed to beat about 80% of the time. Beat the teams you are supposed to lose to about 5% of the time (if that). That does not seem like too hard of a model to replicate. I do not know if they would be better, a doubt they do worse, WE NEED TO FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN DO BETTER IF WE WANT TO GET OUT OF INDEPENDENCE. Bronco has proven that he cannot. 2014 was a gift schedule to end the season ranked high setting up to do big things this next year. Bronco has failed the plan that Holmoe laid out for him.
