Easy Answer
1) Lance Anderson
2) Currently a DC at Stanford, Any coordinator would jump at the chance to run his own show. He is also active LDS, and grew up a BYU fan in Idaho.
3) He has been on the Stanford coaching staff for 8 years. In that time he has been around some of the best minds in Football- Jim Harbaugh, Derek Mason, David Shaw, ect. He was the recruiting coordinator at Stanford from 07-11 and worked with both the defensive line and LB's- He has developed multiple players that are playing in the NFL right now. He has seen the right way to run an elite program. Oh, and he has a top 5 defense HIS FIRST YEAR as defensive coordinator.
