You think he'll last another year?
Seriously, the guy is pure gold. He not only recruited, but developed several players into NFL talent - Shayne Skov, Trent Murphy, Chase Thomas, and Thomas Keiser were all LB's coached by Anderson and are currently on NFL Rosters.
It would be nice if he had more experience, but to have a top 5 defense in his first year after losing 7 starters from 2013 is legit. Anderson isn't going to be around for long.
