first of all bowl invites arent what they use to be. almost every team over 6-6
gets in. there use to be a lot fewer bowl games and this meant something now it doesnt. I think he is a decent DC just not a good head coach, I guess i should have clarified that. But as far as the argument goes about putting people in the nfl he consistently fails. Sure any coach who has been around d1 for 20 years can point to a few kids in the nfl, but BYU currently has 6 players in the nfl which is worse than both Utah and Utah State. it is far behind teams like Nevada and san jose state. so no he is not good at getting players into the nfl.
