1) Who do you replace him with? Kalani Sitake, Lance Anderson or Darrell Bevell
2) Why would they come? Sitake loves BYU and I think he would come to BYU if it were just the DC position. Lance Anderson would come because it would be a promotion. Bevell is a low probability, but a head coaching job at a D1 FCS school could mean a step up to a better job at another location
3) Why would they do better than Bronco? Because all they have to do is follow the same set of guidelines that Lavell created along with interjecting their own methods, which Sitake and Anderson both have produced and developed players that have gone on to the NFL unlike Bronco... Sitake would come in knowing what it takes to win at BYU, having played there and was a GA at BYU. And Anderson has the background of coming from a program with high academic standards that and his background indicates he would have a solid understanding of what it would take to win at BYU.
There... now you tell me why keeping Bronco, after 5 mediocre at best season's and a lack of development of players that would play on to the next level would be a great idea.
