Breastfeeding should be okay, period, regardless of whether the mother is covered up or not. I think it's wrong to make a nursing mother feel any shame or embarrassment to feel the need to cover up. If she wants to, great. But the condition about it being okay as long as she's covered up is, I think, misogynistic and chauvanistic.
