You may not like it, but that is the way our society has "progressed." The
cultural norm is to cover up. My wife has breastfed all three of my kids, and not once has she felt judged or wronged when she covered up. See, she simply covered herself with a blanket, and has breastfed in all sorts of public places. And I don't remember her one time feeling judged or shamed. (It may have happened, but she didn't tell me about it.) In the grand scheme of things, who is being more selfish? The one single person who wants to prove a point by not covering up? Or the multiple people in the public place who may or may not prefer to see everything laid out in front of them? Why not offer a solution where everyone is satisfied? You still haven't really outlined why you're outraged by the fact that a breastfeeding mother covering up while performing that act is much appreciated.
