I'm not the one who can't handle the sight of a breastfeeding mother
because it's too sexual.

If you didn't read my whole post (your response suggests you didn't), most nursing mothers already deal with pain, aggravation, inconvenience and weariness in raising and nursing babies. Where do we get off as a society in heaping shame and embarrassment on top of that?

Most nursing mothers are very low key about nursing in public. is there really anything wrong with a mother sitting in a public place, nursing her child uncovered (say in a situation where a cover just won't work)? It can be and usually is done inconspicuously. And yet, still some people don't think that's enough, because some young deacon might just catch a glimpse if the mom's not covered.
