Bronco made a big error when he caused Anae to move along

The loss of Anae may have caused a bad next few years that might have been avoided if offensive continuity had been maintained. If a boss wants one or a few subordinates to move along he shouldn't call for everyone's resume. Dumb move on Bronco's part. Hopefully he has learned and moved on.
