You can get angry about it but that doesn't change the fact. When the offensive staff under-performed they lost their jobs, when Nick Howell and the defensive staff under-performed basically nothing happened except Bronco lightened the workload by doing the job for them (in the case of Howell).

That sounds like an inequity in how accountability is measured out by Bronco regarding his staff. This was in response to the OP's comment about Bronco holding his offensive staff accountable.
