Agenda than fact. I also think the 'sexual assaults are 'grossly' under reported' is another made up/exaggerated info bite/buzz stat created and pushed by those with an agenda. That stat is pushed by the same groups that assert that all males are rapists, and only women can be raped.
I also think at BYU there are more false reports from people who changed their mind, than there are people afraid to report real issues.

Maybe I am wrong, but those are the core reasons I feel the way I do about it.

I think rape and sexual assault are very serious, and should be taken seriously. I think that many attacking BYU and the Church about this do not care about rape or assault victims at all. They are using them to push a personal agenda and really undermining the real issues.
