I think you misunderstood what he said. The number of "false" reports is exagger

ated. That is, there are people with an agenda -- conservatives, generally -- who want to promote the idea that false allegations against men are really, really common. They use the Duke lacrosse case as a shining example.

I'm not aware of any data, so I can't say one way or the other. But the post above was just saying that the "there are lots of false allegations" claim is exaggerated by people with an agenda.
