But why would that get reported anyway? If someone is going to lie and say she

was raped then she's never going to report it to the HCO or her bishop anyway. The only way someone would claim rape in such a circumstance would be if someone else somehow knew about the sex and reported it, in which case the incentive to claim it was rape is the same anyway.
