I find it interesting
That nobody comments on this.
The handbook discourages it. Yet everybody seems to be getting bent out of shape at the mere suggestion it is discouraged.
You have people calling people pharasis.......
The reality is this, The Church, and its leaders have setup guidelines that discourage it. Yes it's not prohibited, but this council should not be thrown aside because someone want to see a foreign country......

I can tell you that it is up to the MP. The church discourages it because their missions aren't over
