You are talking in circles. Like I said, if your point is simply that the
number of rapes are under-reported but you aren't sure if the number is "one" or "100", then I don't have a problem with what you're saying (I think your angst is misguided since it should be directed at the bigger culprits, but I digress).
My point is that my experience tells me that BYU is the safest campus in the country and likely has the smallest number rapes of any campus in the country, regardless of what its amnesty policy is. If you're trying to claim anything other than that, I think you are wrong.
