let me try to put this in a simpler summary for you.
Today BYU announced that it has determined that is is not safe as it thought it was because its policies suppressed reporting and support for victims of sexual assaults, and has made significant changes to fix that effective immediately.
Your personal anecdotal experience is negligible in comparison to the work put in during the last 6 months for BYU to come to that conclusion.
I feel like I am just repeating the council report findings over and over, and you don't believe it because of your personal experiences, so again, I will say, go read the report, or this will continue to feel like people are talking circles around you.
