Agree 100%. I'm an out-of-state season ticket holder and also go to the
more attractive away games. The wife and I have been to UCLA, Jerry Jone's house for the Oklahoma Game, Old Miss, Notre Dame, Texas, Ann Arbor, Glendale to see the UofA game, Andover Maryland for West Virginia, etc. I wouldn't buy season tickets nor would I travel to an away game to see New Mexico, Fresno State, Wyoming, San Jose State, et al.

The only MW matchup I would wish to see is Boise State and our schedule affords me that opportunity without being a member of that crummy conference; however, I would never travel to Boise to see a game.

American conference?--not a single venue there I'd care to see a game in with the exception of Annapolis and there are only about 3 teams in that conference I'd have any interest in traveling to Provo to see.

For me, I prefer the type of scheduling we presently have in contrast to being in a pedestrian conference playing pedestrian teams, all for the sake of a "conference championship." Would I like to be more competitive playing big boy football? A resounding yes; however, this year is a bit of an aberration and things will improve.
