BSU wasn't taken because they don't academically fit and are in Idaho
among other reasons I'm sure.
TCU and Utah (and BYU for that matter) were/are more P5 as an institution.
I'd rather admit and accept who we are, then try to put lipstick on a pig. Accept who we are and take of our business by winning and winning a lot. Get ranked again, have a better chance at a NY6 bowl, and show we deserve to be in a P5 conference because our play on the field.
