I'm 57, 6'2", 250lbs. Recently spent a week on vacation and came home aching miserably because of my weight. As soon as I got down to 250, I felt much better. Would love to get down to 220, but a more realistic goal for me is 235 right now with my current lifestyle. I work out 3-4 times a week, mainly doing weights on the circuit machines. I usually get right around 10K steps in per day. My main issue is overeating, specifically with portion sizes. And snacking when I'm bored.
