for a conference and ate really bad for 4 days. I had hit my goal, but this morning I was up about 7-8 lbs. Yikes. Obviously thats mostly water weight, but it will be interesting to see how quickly it falls off this week and if its tough to get back down before next week.
Either way, We have had some good success. 146 lbs as a group (of those that have put in their progress, so I'm sure its much more). I'm looking forward to the next round, and I'm getting ready to set it up. Before I do, is there anything we should change? Is 10 bucks a good number? I don't want it to be about money, but if 10 isn't enough incentive to lose the weight, I'm open to increasing that number. Also, is everyone OK inviting others to join? The second round will be tougher than the first, and new people will have an easier time. I don't see how there will be a problem inviting others, but wanted to get others input before I start the new challenge.
The new challenge will probably start Thursday Sept 5. That means the final weigh in period for Sept 2-4 will also be the initial weigh in for the next challenge, which I think works out perfectly.
