Alright, so here is the weight loss challenge. It will start next Tuesday and
for 4 weeks. That will give me enough time to make sure I get everyone invited (plus I'm going to the coast this weekend so I don't want to start until after I'm back 🙂 )
Goal is 4 % of your body weight. 10 dollar buy in (that was the minimum). Those who get the goal split the prize money. Those who don't lose out. If you want to join, BM me with your email so I can invite you to the group.
For anyone interested, I'd like to keep this thread for updates. Make a post under this one and give us your current weight, your overall goals and how you hope to achieve them (ie daily caloric goals, or exercise plan, etc). Add a weekly update under your post. It can be something that tripped you up during the week, a personal weight loss or exercise goal, or anything else related to this.
Anyone can add to this post if they want to try to lose weight, but don't want to join the diet bet. We could use your motivation.
