You're talking about maintenance which impacts all industries and will continue to do so, but the number of college dropouts and high school phenoms popping up on the radar is becoming to large a cohort to disregard as the exception.

I’m not a Pac-12 fan, but they are the conference of Olympic Sport champions. Especially if you count Olympic champions
